急に寒くなりました。
10/8 の 細見美術館ライブ、
今年もありがとうございました！
いろいろな方の助けを得て、
楽しく過ごす事ができました。
Thank you for the supports for Hosomi museum concert on 8th of Oct. I enjoyed myself a lot by the support of many people.
11月に入り、６日ぽこっと空いた日を使って
お遍路さんにいってきました。
徳島の一国打ち、完了しました。
（23のお寺を全部まわること）
徳島22番太龍寺から龍王荘まで。
from No 22 Tairyuji temple to the day's accommodation, Ryuosanso.
６日間で 徳島の発心道場完了！
男性健脚並の速さ。。で、徳島駅では
顔も腫れてました（笑）。
来年 高知がんばるぞ〜！
I could complete Tokushima 23 temples within 6 days, which is just like a "very fast man walker"'s speed!
as a result, look at my swollen face--- at Tokushima station.
Looking forward to going to Kochi!
前のメールでお遍路さんの希望者を呼びかけしたとき

せっかくご連絡いただきながら
その後
わたしの仕事の日にちがぎりぎりまで
決まらなかったこともあり
徳島へは 急遽出発しました。
ごめんなさい！
次回高知へは今のところ
1月15日頃出発します。
かなり健脚です。(^^)/
大切な事、よけいなこと、
考えながら、
そして
何も考えないで歩くのは快適です。
でも 修行の路です。ほんま。(^^:
12月は仕事で東京に入り、
東北にも行く予定です。

Dear everyone,
How are you??
Suddenly winter comes.
I found some vacant days between my works
so I went to Tokushima to do my "mission" to complete Ohenro san (pilgrimage)
THis time I completed Tokushima 23 temples with 6 days.
In my last mail, I asked if anyone interested in going to Ohenro with me,
then I received many e-mails with positive answers.
Thank you, thank you and I appreciate your replies.
But actually my work was not fixed until the last moment
so I just left for Tokushima when I found days I could make Ohenro.
Gomennasai!
My next Ohenro will start in January for Kochi. around on 15th or 16th.
One of the best things for Ohenro is
to keep walking
with
thinking important things
or not important things
walking with
thinking or
not thinking. (Zen Kohan, right ?!)
but it is really a mental as well as physical training.
Special days for special experience.
I will go to Tokyo for my work and then to Tohoku
for my volunteer work related.
